Billing Terms & Conditions
These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through quincelle.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

All card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details on our servers.
2. Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a conversion rate and additional charges. We are not responsible for any such fees.
3. Order Confirmation & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, you will receive a full refund promptly.
4. Pricing & Taxes
All prices shown on quincelle.com are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; however, once your order is confirmed, the price you paid is fixed.
5. Billing Authorisation
By submitting your payment details, you confirm that:
- You are the authorised holder of the payment method used
- The details provided are accurate and complete
- Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction
6. Cancellation Right
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days as part of our standard returns policy.
To exercise your cancellation right, contact us at hello@quincelle.com before returning any items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, all transactions are subject to fraud screening. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing an order. If a transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent, it will be declined and you will be notified.
8. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details and ensure your billing address matches your card records, then try again. If the problem persists, contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.
9. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously and respond to all disputes with full transaction records. We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@quincelle.com before raising a dispute with your bank — in most cases, we can resolve the matter quickly and without fuss.
