Shipping Information
Quincelle ships worldwide. Every order is dispatched with care — the same attention we give to selecting each piece extends to how it reaches you.
1. Where We Ship
We deliver to the United Kingdom and internationally, including the European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, and most countries worldwide. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at hello@quincelle.com before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods — including Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mothering Sunday — processing times may extend slightly; we will communicate any delays promptly.
3. UK Delivery
Free standard delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. Estimated delivery time is 5-15 working days from dispatch. Expedited options may be available at checkout during certain periods.
4. European Union Delivery
Free delivery on all EU orders. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary by destination country and local postal service.
5. International Delivery (Rest of World)
Free delivery on all international orders. Estimated delivery times:
- United States, Canada, Australia: 7–14 working days
- Rest of World: 7–21 working days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on destination country customs processes and local postal services.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping. Quincelle has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns about additional costs.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available). You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 working days of your order, please contact us at hello@quincelle.com.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@quincelle.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is with the carrier, we are unable to redirect it.
9. Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 5 working days before contacting us, as delays occasionally occur during transit. If your order is significantly overdue, please email us at hello@quincelle.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a refund or replacement if goods are not delivered within the agreed or reasonable timeframe.
10. Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please do not discard the packaging. Contact us at hello@quincelle.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of both the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
