Shipping policy

Quincelle delivers across the United Kingdom, with free delivery on every order.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you are based outside the UK, please contact us at hello@quincelle.com before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day. During peak periods — including Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mothering Sunday — processing may take slightly longer; we will communicate any delays promptly.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery within the United Kingdom is 5–18 working days. Your total order-to-delivery time will typically be 6–21 working days from the date of purchase. These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to postal services.

4. Delivery Cost

Free delivery on all UK orders — no minimum spend, no exceptions.

5. Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delays and Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@quincelle.com with your order number. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
