Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using quincelle.com. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Quincelle is a trading name of Ripple Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 17 King Edwards Road, 2nd Floor College House, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE. You can contact us at hello@quincelle.com or through our website at quincelle.com.
2. Our Products
We take care to represent our products accurately on this website. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we are able to make them. Minor variations in colour between product photographs and the actual item may occur due to screen display differences. All products are subject to availability.
3. Eligibility
To place an order on quincelle.com, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a country to which we deliver. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. A contract is formed between you and Ripple Ventures Ltd when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch — for example, if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify payment. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices on quincelle.com are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We also offer checkout in other currencies for international customers; the displayed price in your local currency is an estimate and your card will be charged at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods made available at checkout.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will contact you before processing your order to offer the corrected price or a cancellation with full refund.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we are required to deliver goods within 30 days of the contract formation date unless otherwise agreed. Full details of our delivery timeframes and areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery is free of charge on all orders worldwide.
7. Right to Cancel
As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You do not need to provide a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at hello@quincelle.com before the cancellation period expires.
Upon cancellation, you are responsible for returning the goods to us, at your own cost unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods or evidence of their dispatch, whichever is earlier.
8. Consumer Rights Act 2015
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If any goods you receive do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy or contact us at hello@quincelle.com.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on quincelle.com — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of Ripple Ventures Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ripple Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, industrial action, postal disruption, or events constituting force majeure. We will notify you promptly if such circumstances affect your order and will offer a revised timeline or a full refund.
13. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order and close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred. If we cancel an order in these circumstances, we will notify you and, where appropriate, issue a refund for valid unprocessed items.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in law, our business, or best practice. The terms in force at the time of your order will apply to that purchase. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@quincelle.com and we will do our best to resolve it. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may seek alternative dispute resolution through a certified ADR provider. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, though this applies only to consumers in the EU. UK consumers may also contact Citizens Advice for guidance.
