Jimmy Does nothing after 2 months. More pain and no results.

Cherry t. It barely works even if you go over a spot multiple times slowly , I had a blue laser pen for a while and that one was much much more effective

Crystal I've been using this sparingly to remove a bad choice of tattoo. It's working well. I am taking my time removing lightly as not to scare and it's doing a good job. 3 sessions in and it's about half rekoved

Terran I returned it as I was looking for minimizing veins, but it didn't work. Was definitely painful and maybe could be better utilized if someone else is doing the work and the patient remains passive. Esp if you don't want to risk your eyesight. This is a method you can't take casually, for sure. So didn't work for me, and I'm not sure it works for reducing unsightly veins.

Tara m. I can't wait to try this product. Unfortunately, mine came without a charger. We'll have to return and reorderUpdate The new one came with charger this time. Will update in a month on progress but it is working properly will wait for results.

zoomlash I didn’t purchase my pen from Amazon, but I did purchase from another website. Watch a lot of YouTube videos and do your research. The bars indicate the laser’s strength and the numbers indicate the speed of how fast you want the pulse. I like mine slow and steady but on the highest setting. Keep the laser moving. The goggles are useless. Purchase the correct ones before using the pen. Don’t keep it in one area or you will burn. It is ok to pass over the same area a few times. You MUST drink lots of water after each session. The laser helps break apart the ink pigment but you’ll need to help flush it out of your system. Keep the area out of the sun. Do not apply anything on it. Keep it dry and clean. You have to dry heal and let the scab fall off on its own. After the scabs fall off, apply aquaphor or a vitamin E ointment. If there are no scabs, even better. 8 weeks is the recommended healing time between each session.

sofia My daughter purchased this device. She followed the directions for just under a year with absolutely NO results and much pain. Since it takes time to get the claimed results, the return window closed. You can only contact them through an email link for there is not a customer service phone number. Please do not buy this product it is a scam. I'm a real person and not a business or a bot. Have a wonderful day and I hope I saved you some time and money.
